Help us make our public meetings accessible to more community members by allowing us to offer a childcare area during the meeting. Co-supervise the childcare area with other volunteers during our Westside Community Planning Area Assessment Joint Kick-off Meeting. The childcare area is in the same room as the meeting and will contain books, games, and activities related to urban planning for children to play with while their parents/guardians are in the meeting. Volunteers will provide oversight of the area ensuring children are safe and having fun. Volunteers may read a story, help keep activity supplies stocked, or play games with the children. Volunteers will be responsible for children being signed in at the beginning of the meeting and signed-out at the end. Children are in sight of their grown-ups during the meeting and can go to them with any personal needs (restroom, etc.)
