What We Do
The Planning Department provides a full range of services including the processing of building permits, the development of long-range, regional plans and policies, enforcing zoning codes and uniform housing codes for all residential properties in the city and creating specialized and standard maps. These are just a few of the services that the Planning Department provides to the citizens of Albuquerque and to other City departments.
