Volunteer to read your favorite passage of Black literature!

Join us this year for a virtual, statewide convening to celebrate Juneteenth. This event will run from 12pm to 5pm on June 20, 2020, and can be attended virtually.

However, we want YOU to help us with our content!

Have you been moved by works of Black literature? Do you have a favorite Black author? We need volunteers to read their favorite passages, works, poems, and stories for a segment in the celebration broadcast!

To promote social distancing, we will have two 15 minute segments available to our readers. Sign up and bring your favorite work to share with attendees across New Mexico!

When you sign up, please let us know which author/work you will choose for your segment. We recommend passages 3-4 minutes in length,
