ALA Orientation: Your First Step to Membership

Before joining the Assistance League of Albuquerque (ALA), all prospective members are required to attend an Orientation Class. This in-person session offers a meaningful introduction to our mission, programs, and community — and is the first step toward becoming an engaged member.
When and Where
Orientation is held on the last Saturday of select months, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in the Board Room of our 622 Truman Building.
What You’ll Learn
During this class, you’ll receive a member orientation notebook and gain a comprehensive understanding of:

Volunteer opportunities and ways to participate meaningfully

A guided tour of our facilities
Requirements and Membership Details

Orientation is required before membership

Attendees must be at least 18 years of age

Annual dues of $75 are collected upon joining (credit card, cash, or check accepted)

Our facilities are ADA accessible

Virtual classes are not available
