Description

The Cat Cuddler plays an important role in helping shelter cats feel safe, loved, and socialized while they await adoption. Cat Cuddlers make a direct difference in the wellbeing of shelter cats, helping reduce stress and increase their chances of finding loving homes. Spend quality time with cats through gentle petting, brushing, and lap time. Provide enrichment through play with toys and interactive activities.

To be able to respond to this opportunity you should have taken the Cat Behavior Training online and have had a Cat Shadowing session with a Senior Volunteer. If you haven't, remember you can continue your cat handling journey. For a more comprehensive list of our opportunities divided by pet, listings of the trainings needed to volunteer and all of the details about how to continue your volunteering process with us, please visit www.oneabqvolunteers.com/awd
