One ABQ Ambassadors is being relaunched!!
The One ABQ Ambassadors program a civic leadership and community engagement program for residents who want to deepen their connection to city government and help amplify City resources across Albuquerque. With a flexible, low-commitment structure, Connectors serve as liaisons between the City and their communities helping neighbors understand how to access services, participate in programs, and stay informed.
Program Mission
To empower everyday residents with knowledge, tools, and relationships to strengthen community engagement and civic pride across Albuquerque.
Ambassador Roles
- Share city information with neighbors and networks
- Promote volunteer opportunities for City departments and our nonprofit partners
- Table at events or support One ABQ campaigns
- Help recruit other volunteers or Connectors
- Attend local events and represent One ABQ Volunteers
- Help spot community needs to inform future city outreach
