Carlo James Aragón serves as the City of Albuquerque’s first Liaison to the APINH Communities. A former U.S. diplomat and proud New Mexican, Carlo is committed to cultivating trust between community and government. He works in partnership with local leaders to ensure APINH communities are visible, valued, and empowered across civic, cultural, and economic life.
