Who We Are

At Interim HealthCare, your loved one is at the center of a highly coordinated team with a proven history of clinical excellence. Each Interim HealthCare team member in our hospice network is educated and trained in HomeLife Enrichment®, our unique philosophy that empowers our healthcare professionals to go beyond the treatment of symptoms and care for the emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being of each patient. This empowers our team to work toward a common goal — the care and comfort of your loved one — and provide a service greater than the sum of its parts. At every age and stage of care, we serve a full continuum of needs that span every service line—from home healthcare and senior care to hospice care and medical staffing. This allows us to provide exceptional care in a place that’s best for the people and partners we serve. Our HLE standard of care raises the level of care by engaging the mind, body, spirit and family to deliver an optimal care experience. Combined with our commitment to clinical excellence, HLE offers the highest quality of personalized care available.

What We Do

Interim HealthCare’s hospice care team is devoted to addressing emotional and spiritual needs to help end-of-life patients and families find comfort and joy when it’s needed most. Our hospice care plans center your family within a broad network of trained healthcare professionals capable of providing a full range of services. Hospice care focuses not just on managing physical symptoms like pain and nausea, but also on providing comprehensive support for the whole person.

This holistic approach encompasses physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Physical comfort is paramount, achieved through pain management, symptom control, and ensuring hygiene and nutrition. Emotional support is crucial, addressing anxiety, grief, and depression through grief counseling, support groups, and family support. Spiritual care attends to the individual's beliefs and values, offering comfort and peace through spiritual guidance and support from chaplains or spiritual advisors. This multifaceted approach allows hospice care to provide comfort and dignity during a challenging time, supporting both the patient and their loved ones.
