New Mexico Cheese Guild

The New Mexico Cheese Guild is a diverse community of cheese enthusiasts, including cheesemongers, cheese makers (hobbyists and professionals), dairy farmers, cheese shop owners, food service workers, food writers, culinary instructors, and local grocery store owners, all dedicated to supporting and promoting cheesemaking in New Mexico.

The New Mexico Cheese Guild supports current and aspiring New Mexican cheesemakers by providing cheesemaker trainings and workshops, educating the public about small batch artisan cheeses, creating opportunities for connection and networking, curating lists of grant opportunities, organize micro dairy milk co-ops, and and we are also in the process of building the "NM Cheese Box," a education and mentorship space for aspiring cheese entrepreneurs.
