The Landmarks and Urban Conservation Commission (LUCC) is a municipal body responsible for preserving and protecting the city's historic, architectural, and cultural resources. The commission identifies, designates, and protects historic landmarks and districts within Albuquerque. The commission advises the Mayor, Council, and the Environmental Planning Commission on any proposed public improvements that would impact the exterior appearance of landmarks or significant structures in historic protection overlay zones
Applications are being accepted for two At-Large positions, one Real Estate Agent representative, and two Historic Zone Property Owner positions.
