2023 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta
Balloon Museum Fiesta Volunteer Position
General Volunteer Information: Balloon Museum Fiesta Volunteers are required to sign up for and volunteer for a minimum of 12 hours during the 2023 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta from Saturday, October 7, 2023, to Sunday, October 15, 2023.
Balloon Museum Fiesta Volunteers who sign up for and volunteer 12 hours will receive the following:
- (1) Balloon Museum Volunteer Badge
- (1) Balloon Museum T-Shirt
- (1) Balloon Museum Tote Bag
- (1) Parking Pass: Allows you to park at the Balloon Museum during your volunteer shifts
- (1) Food Voucher (OR) snacks will be provided during your shift
- (1) 2023 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta General Admission Ticket
*All Balloon Museum Fiesta Volunteers (both experienced and new) are required to attend the 2023 Balloon Museum Volunteer Training before attending their first shift.

2023 Volunteer Training Information
If you are volunteering or wanting to volunteer at the Balloon Museum during the 2023 Balloon Fiesta, we are so thankful for you! The Balloon Museum needs to train all returning and new volunteers through one of these trainings. All volunteers are only required to attend ONE of the two trainings we have available (September 23rd @ 1pm and September 25th @9:30am) When you attend, you will be able to:
- Sign up for volunteer shifts that are available (if you haven't signed up on One ABQ already)
- Receive your volunteer parking pass for the duration of the Balloon Fiesta
- Receive an overview of Balloon Fiesta and how the museum runs during Balloon Fiesta - Includes more information on the daily schedule, special events at the museum, frequently asked questions, and more.
- Have your questions answered
- Meet the team of your fellow volunteers
- Position specific volunteer training will be done in small breakout groups to go more in-depth on the duties and expectations for each position.
