Morning Registration:
- Assists owners in completing registration paperwork.
- Identify fractious pets and alerts Registration Lead.
- Show owner where to go after registration.
- Answer basic questions regarding treatments being provided (spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, etc.)
- Alert Registration Lead if there is a question they cannot answer accurately.
Afternoon Pickup
- Call owners to let them know pet is ready for pickup.
- Communicate post-op care instructions to owners.
- Check off list of pets picked up.
