Teri Pierce will be teaching a yoga class Fridays from 9-10 am, starting 6/16/23. She is delighted to bring yoga to those who are committed to the practice, as well as people who may not have experienced it—and to introduce the Open Space to those who may not have experienced it. Putting the two together will make for a truly special experience—we can all take a deeper breath, stretch our limbs, strengthen our core, and find a better balance. It is a donation class, meaning the student donates whatever amount they want, and 30% of it will then be donated to the Open Space Alliance. Please bring your own mats/blankets/blocks/straps—although extras will be on hand if needed.
We love our furry friends, but please leave them home for this practice.
