Bagger ● Staffing station is the Cash register area. ● Working with the BE Team leads to ensure you have stock of bags and wrapping paper. ● Restock when necessary ● Before starting the session, empty the hanger tree. Hangers go to the Conex area. ● This position is responsible for giving pins and patches to the cashier that customers have reserved. ● Take the purchases from the cashier and carefully wrap or bag them for customer pick-up. ● The bagger position is a quick acting position. ● Act quickly and efficiently.
Pinner ● Work with the Pin Navigator and BE Manager ● Know the stock of pins and pin collector’s editions. ● If stock is low, notify the BE Team Lead to restock. ● Act as the customer service representative for the pin counter. Help customers select pins and patches. ● The selections will be boxed and passed to the cashier station; the customer does not take possession until after purchase is made. ● If there are collector items being purchased, notify the FE Team Lead Manager, they need to be present for the purchase.
Customer Service Attendants ● Act as the customer service representative. ● Know the stock and if stock is low, notify BE Team Lead for restocking, then restock furnished items. ● The Customer Service Attendants help guests with merchandise selections and they are the primary contact for Guests concerns.
Runners ● Runners are stationed at the pins and patches station. ● Carry pins and patches that customers have reserved to the baggers stations. ● Carry out other various functions during the sessions.
