Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all patients and visitors to the visitor center.
- Have knowledge of services provided and trails.
- Direct lobby traffic
- Effectively communicate.
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Answer questions about directions, logistics or any non-medical question that would enhance the visitor experience
- Direct phone calls
