We are excited to be joining our community partners to host our Bridge to Health Community Health and Wellness event on December 11th from 10am-4pm at the Alamosa Community Center!

The goal of our community event is to help connect community members with a range of health and wellness services including FREE wellness testing and screenings, FREE COVID VACCINATIONS, BeWellNM onsite help, vision and dental screenings for children, community resources, healthy food giveaway for the first 300 families and tons of family fun. MASKS REQUIRED AND EVENT INDOOR AND OUTDOORS

The event is a partnership between dozens of community organizations, city and state organizations and agencies working together to provide important resources to the community. 

We are looking for compassionate friendly volunteers who understand how to be in space with community. 

Tasks include any of the following:

• Welcome Desk and Greeters
• General support and guiding guests
• Kids Zone and Story Wall 
• Health Food Giveaway 
• Helping attendees find the resources they need
• COVID safety- handing out masks, hand sanitizer, directing people to COVID Vaccine area
• Set up and Tear Down
