The City’s Housing and Neighborhood Economic Development Fund (HNEDF) improves the quality of life within the Pocket of Poverty (POP) through housing & economic development projects. Members must be residents or business representatives of the Pocket of Poverty
Applications are being accepted for one Architect and one representative specializing in Private Housing, as well as two Albuquerque Resident representatives and two business representatives. All applicants must live in the pocket of poverty.
