Volunteers Needed for Weightlifting Competition

Are you passionate about health and fitness in Albuquerque? Help High Desert Weightlifting represent our community as we host the North American Open Series 2.

Make connections in the local weightlifting community and work for a good cause that puts Albuquerque on the map!

USADA Volunteers are needed to help with the following tasks:

• Chaperoning athletes at the venue and ensuring athlete integrity for screening
• Monitoring athletes in accordance with USADA guidelines
• No heavy lifting is required for this role

Please note that the North American Open will REQUIRE all volunteers to have a negative COVID test within 72 hours of their volunteer shift. We are working to make rapid tests available on site and we will reimburse volunteers who arrange for their own test to volunteer. We know this is a difficult requirement but we thank you so much for your interest in helping us out with this national open event during this difficult time.
