The Open Space Division invites you to a day of service to help protect and nurture the bosque and river. The tasks will include trail work, revegetation, and trash clean-up. We will be working at Five different locations around the city and need 20 volunteers per area.
Volunteers should dress for the outdoors, bring sunscreeen, expect to stand and walk for long periods, and bring water. This posting is for the following location:
Central NE - parking available at the Botanic Gardens, or at the north end of Tingley Beach. Meet Open Space staff at the Rotary Picnic Area at the northeast corner of the Central Avenue Bridge.
