Do you have a talent for working with horses? We'd love to have you on board!
About the Position:
Responsibilities:
- Lead horses during lessons, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Warm up horses in our round pen before lessons.
- Assist with stall maintenance as time allows.
What We're Looking For:
- A good working knowledge of horse behaviors and training methods.
- A calm presence and leadership qualities.
- Previous horse experience or completed training, plus 6 weeks of sidewalking experience with us.
Schedule:
- Hours vary based on lesson schedules, currently Thur and Fri AM, Saturday all day.
- Horse leaders are need for each rider, typically 3/class.
