GALA EVENT SETUP VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

S.A.F.E. House is celebrating 50 years of safety, healing, and independence for New Mexico families affected by intimate partner domestic violence and we need a group of volunteers to help us make our Gala celebration beautiful!

Volunteer Schedule

Saturday, September 26th
9:30 AM until setup is complete
The First Turn Lounge @ The Downs at Albuquerque
145 Louisiana Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108
Please enter through the doors on the west side of the casino.

What You’ll Help With

Our setup volunteers will work together to get the venue ready for our guests, including:

• Decorating the event space
• Setting up tables and chairs
• Creating and placing centerpieces
• Setting up lights and other décor
• Assisting with stage setup
• Organizing and preparing event areas
• Helping wherever needed to get the venue Gala-ready

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a group of dependable volunteers who enjoy working together, being creative, and helping behind the scenes to make a special event come together.

You don’t need to have event-planning experience—just bring your time, teamwork, and willingness to help!

This is a great opportunity for community groups, businesses, organizations, families, friends, or anyone looking to volunteer together.
