During each session of Balloon Fiesta, the Balloon Museum Foundation hosts fundraising dining events on the upper deck of the Museum for a VIP viewing experience.
Shuttle Cart Drivers provide round-trip golf cart service from the Museum entrance to the entrance of Balloon Fiesta for Foundation guests and anyone else who asks for a ride.

- Morning, 5:00AM - 11:00AM
- Evening, 3:30PM - 9:30PM

Requires dressing warm, driving slowly through traffic, and assisting riders on and off the carts as needed.
All volunteers must attend one of the following trainings at the Balloon Museum, to review policies, procedures, and receive parking passes.
Trainings will be held the last week of September. Information will be sent to volunteers. Allow 90 minutes for the training session.
Those who volunteer for two or more shifts receive a commemorative t-shirt and a pass to attend Fiesta.
