*Underground Parking is free from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Upon arrival, volunteers will receive training and preparation for the event.
Event End Time: 8:00 PM
Clean Up: Volunteers will help clean up between 7:45 PM to 8:30 PM
Sign in: All the Volunteers to check in upon arrival
WATER AND FOOD STATION ATTENDANTS (4 volunteers needed)
Roles:
Attend to the effectiveness and hygiene of the water station.
Assist guests with hydration
