As a Vendor Support volunteer, you will help ensure a smooth and organized experience for participating vendors. Responsibilities include marking and preparing designated vendor spaces, assisting with vendor check-in and providing general support during setup. You may also help answer questions, direct vendors to their assigned areas and assist with additional needs as they arise.
This role requires strong communication, flexibility, and a willingness to jump in where needed to support a successful event. Please be prepared to work outdoors in warm or hot weather conditions. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a hat, umbrella, water, sunblock, and light layers or coverage in case of inclement weather. Comfortable footwear is recommended as you will be on your feet for extended periods.
