Traffic: This is a great task if you enjoy problem solving to keep traffic flowing seamlessly and have a secret desire to be a school crossing guard.
Registration: This includes going from car to car and getting people signed up to receive food. Training is required - click here to register for training. Volunteers without the appropriate training will be shifted to other tasks.
Loading: You will be loading food boxes and other items into people's vehicles as they move through the distribution line.
Some Reminders:
- Dress for the weather! The distribution is held outdoors and will take place rain or shine. Bring sunscreen if needed.
- Bring work gloves, especially if you are helping load food boxes (some may be cold or frozen).
- Water and snacks will be provided to keep you hydrated and energized.
