Casa De Salud’s Board of Directors is responsible for establishingpolicies and directives governing business and programs of the and shall delegate to the Executive Director and Corporation/Organization staff, subject to the provisions of these Bylaws, authority and responsibility to see that the policies and directives are appropriately followed. All board positions are voluntary, and board members will not be compensated for other than for reasonable expenses approved by the board.
