During each session of Balloon Fiesta, the Balloon Museum Foundation hosts fundraising dining events on the upper deck of the Museum for a VIP viewing experience.
Volunteers in this room are expected to help with room set-up, assist dining guests as needed from finding a seat to hunting down hot tea. Staff then helps prepare the room for the next event.
Available shifts:
- Breakfast, 4:30AM - 11:30AM
- Dinner, 3:30PM - 10:00PM
Requires being on your feet and light labor. Dinner Dress code: black bottom, black top.
All volunteers must attend one of the following trainings at the Balloon Museum, to review policies, procedures, and receive parking passes.
Be sure to register for the training session in the separate listing below. Allow 90 minutes for the training session.
