The Department of Health, Housing & Homelessness is excited to kick off the school year with students at Gateway Family!
Community members can make this event even more special by helping with the following assignments:
Backpack giveaway - distribute backpacks to children and maintain a guestlist.
Water games - supervise small kiddie pools and a water ballon station.
Arts & Crafts - lead small groups of children to do fun, crafty activities inside.
Game Room - host boardgames or run a foosball table.
Water and Treats - give out water bottles, popcorn, and other treats.
If you are a certified barber or hair stylist, we would like to offer free haircuts.
