Hello, OneABQ volunteers!
The summer season is just getting started and HHH will be presenting several events at each of our centers in the Gateway Network.
Next Tuesday, June 17th Gateway Center will host a tea for the ladies in our care at the Women's Housing Navigation Center. This event was thoughtfully put together in partnership with a local volunteer group, Heart to Heart. We could use your help to make this time welcoming and fun for guests.
Community volunteers are invited to help with:
- Setting up the event, including decorations.
- Carrying delicate porcelain tea sets.
- Serving hot water to clients that need help.
- Assisting with cleanup after the event.
