General Volunteer Information: Balloon Museum Fiesta Volunteers are required to volunteer for at least three 4-hour shifts between Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 12th.
Balloon Museum Fiesta Volunteers who sign up for and complete 12 hours will receive great perks, including the following:

Parking Pass: Allows you to park by the museum during your volunteer shifts

*All Balloon Museum Fiesta Volunteers (both experienced and new) are required to attend the 2025 Balloon Museum Fiesta Volunteer Training before attending their first shift.

“Balloons in the Sky” is a family friendly morning in which we partner with Explora to provide an exciting array of hands-on activities related to air, wind, and ballooning - here at the Balloon Museum.
Position Information: Individuals who enjoy working with young children and interacting with the public are invited to volunteer at this special event. Assistants welcome visitors into the “Balloons in the Sky” area and help with hands-on activity stations as needed. Volunteers may demonstrate or answer visitor questions about activities. They also keep the event area tidy, restock materials as necessary, and help clean up after the event.
Considerations: Continuous standing, walking, and bending required inside the museum.
