We’re requesting 4 volunteers total for our annual Downtown Growers’ Market Gala, split between two shifts:
Part 1: Budding Biz Youth Celebration
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Volunteers Needed: 2
Responsibilities: Welcoming guests, guiding families to seating, helping with the youth awards program, managing activity tables.
Part 2: Adult Celebration & Fundraiser
Time: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Volunteers Needed: 2
Responsibilities: Assisting with guest check-in, silent auction coordination, raffle table, and general event support.
Volunteer Perks: Each volunteer will receive one complimentary gala ticket and a plated dinner.
