The Volunteer Greeter serves as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility,
stationed at the front desk to greet all patients, visitors, and staff. This
role ensures everyone feels valued and supported from the moment they enter,
creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and acknowledge all individuals entering the facility.
- Provide general information about the hospital, including hours of operation, department locations, and services.
- Direct visitors to appropriate resources or personnel, such as patient registration or information desks.
- Answer basic questions or refer more complex inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to foster a positive first impression.
