*This opportunity will require a CYFD background check to be completed. This will cost $60, but S.A.F.E. House will reimburse you after you have completed at least 16 hours of volunteer work if you choose.

S.A.F.E. House is looking for compassionate, reliable volunteers to help keep our shelter clean, comfortable, and welcoming for survivors of domestic violence. A clean environment plays a vital role in healing and safety, and you can help make that possible.
Volunteer Duties May Include:

Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming common areas

Wiping down surfaces, windows, and fixtures

Organizing supply closets and storage rooms

Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and communal spaces

Taking out trash
-
Assisting with laundry (linens, towels, etc.)
No experience necessary—just a willingness to help and a heart for service. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and adhere to confidentiality guidelines to ensure the privacy and safety of our residents.
