Adult Volunteer Opportunity: Help Bring the Magic to the Hogwarts House Tournament!
Calling all Harry Potter fans! The Cherry Hills Library is hosting a Hogwarts House Tournament on July 31, and we need adult volunteers to help make the event a magical success.
As a volunteer, you’ll assist with:
Sorting Hat buttons – helping attendees find their house
Signing up participants for the costume contest
Overseeing House Cup challenges and keeping the competition fair
General event assistance – helping with small tasks as needed
Volunteers are welcome to join in the costume contest, enjoy refreshments, and celebrate with a slice of "Happee Birthdae Harry" cake!
