Esports events are organized by Parks and Recreation in the community room at Main Library, typically on the 3rd Saturday of the month, from 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Volunteers help assist with a wide variety of tournament functions, such as unloading equipment, arranging table layouts, plugging in computers and consoles, reporting tournament results, and moderating gameplay. Parks and Recreation will provide all equipment necessary and guide volunteers on proper setup procedures.
Register at least 3 days before the event. We will email the location and specific time to meet for sign-in two weeks before the event. This helps us communicate more effectively and limit last minute changes and communication difficulties.
Only water is allowed in the community room, all food and
drinks are prohibited at the library.
