Volunteers needed for documentary screening

“IT’S BASIC” DOCUMENTARY & PANEL DISCUSSION

Documental : Guaranteed Basic Income 

Day: Saturday, November 9th, 2024
Time of Arrival: 10:30 AM
Meet at Kimo Theater 423 (Central Ave NW, Albuquerque, NM)

Parking is free from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Upon arrival, volunteers will be trained and prepared for the event.
Event End Time: 3:30 PM
Clean Up: Volunteers will help clean up between 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities: 

1. Greeters/Registration table (4 volunteers needed)

1. Roles:
1. Receive and welcome people as they attend.
2. Give directions at the event (Restrooms, Food, Events, Parking, etc.)
3. Answer guest questions to the best of their ability
2. Stations:
1. Front area of Kimo Theater

2. Set up and clean up (4 volunteers needed)

1. Roles:
1. Assist in the set up/ teardown/cleanup 
2. Stations:

      i. Kimo Theater site (Lobby/theater area)
