The Social Media Content Manager will lead digital storytelling and content creation to amplify APINH community voices. This role is ideal for students passionate about communications, media, marketing, or graphic design.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content (posts, graphics, videos, reels) for social media platforms.
- Support campaigns tied to APINH Heritage Month, festivals, and City initiatives.
- Coordinate with City Communications and GovTV on cross-platform outreach.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to inform content strategy.
- Ensure content highlights multilingual access and community visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Graphic design, video editing, or digital storytelling skills preferred.
- Strong written communication; bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
- Interest in equity, cultural heritage, and public service.
