1.Students who are starting the program get a new bike kit
2.Students get to work with the Program Coordinator and local mentors one time per week to build and customize their bike. This also includes working with mentors on customizing particular components of their bikes, including body painting, seat leather working, etc.
3.Students get to keep their bike upon their high school graduation (and/or completion of parole or other program). Students will be regularly asked about the progress of their grades, class behavior, and other extracurricular activities. This is intended to provide extra support in their academic performance.
4.Students submit bikes to competitions and exhibitions
