Description

New Mexico Friends of Foster Children seeks well-connected community leaders who have a passion for helping children.  We are especially seeking individuals who have a background/interest in finance or DEI work.

Board members are expected to attend about 6 meetings per year.  They are expected to represent NMFFC to their respective communities and to advocate for NMFFC’s mission, programs, and services as appropriate.

Our organization strives to improve the quality of life for children who have been abused or neglected and are in/or have been in foster care across the state of New Mexico.  Our programs fund common childhood activities, equipment, and experiences as well as educational supports and basic needs.

Find out more about us at our website (nmffc.org) or on social media - Facebook (NMFFC)/Instagram (NMfriends4kids).  Please contact our Board President, Pat Briggs, at info@nmffc.org or 505-235-5812 for more information or to apply.
