Balloon Museum Fiesta Volunteer Position
General Volunteer Information: Balloon Museum Fiesta Volunteers are required to sign up for and volunteer for a minimum of 12 hours during the 2023 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta from Saturday, October 7th, 2023, to Sunday, October 15th, 2023.
Balloon Museum Fiesta Volunteers who sign up for and volunteer 12 hours will receive the following:
- (1) Balloon Museum Volunteer Badge
- (1) Balloon Museum T-Shirt
- (1) Balloon Museum Eclipse Tote
- (1) Parking Pass: Allows you to park at the Balloon Museum during your volunteer shifts
- (1) Food Voucher (OR) snacks will be provided during your shift
- (1) 2023 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta General Admission Ticket
*All Balloon Museum Fiesta Volunteers (both experienced and new) are required to attend the 2023 Balloon Museum Volunteer Training before attending their first shift.

This is a REQUIRED training if you want to be an RC Flight Crew Support.
RC (Radio Controlled) Support Position Information: Individuals who are interested in learning about and helping the Balloon Museum’s RC Balloon Crew are invited to volunteer in this position. The RC Balloon Crew will fly 4 times during Balloon Fiesta (3 mornings and 1 evening). All RC Balloon Volunteers are required to attend a mandatory RC Balloon Training on Tuesday, October 3 from 8:30 – 10:30 am. The RC Balloon Training will consist of an overview of what RC Ballooning is all about, safety tips, and how you can be of help.
Continuous standing, walking and bending required in outdoor setting.
