Who We Are
350 New Mexico is the NM chapter of 350.org, founded by Bill Mckibben and others. We’re an international grassroots organization building a global movement to fight climate change. Our chapter was founded in 2011. We seek an urgent and ‘just transition’ of New Mexico’s energy economy away from fossil fuels to 100% clean renewable energy, in time to prevent global warming of 1.5-2.0°C.
What We Do
We are building an inclusive movement in New Mexico to prevent the worst effects of climate change and climate injustice.
