The Red Willow
The Willow bends in the wind and honors the soil...just like life. It is flexible and open, which makes it resilient and sustainable. It grows by the rivers of Northern New Mexico and turns colors honoring all seasons of life. It grows freely and is not owned by any one person. After life, it can be made into many sustainable items...furniture, shades, chairs, and its life continues, within the generations as well as in transformation. Hospice honors the individual and all those around them. Adapting to the needs of the individual and their loved ones, their community.
