We are a hospice company located in Albuquerque, New Mexico who serves the east mountains, Rio Rancho, as well as south to Belen and Los Lunas. We support the community by empowering people to become caregivers and take on end of life care for their loved ones in the setting they choose to be, their home. '

We provide end of life care for patients and support families who care for their loved ones during this time. We provide volunteers with full training on concepts related to end-of-life and how they can provide assistance for families during this time. Volunteer activities range from sitting with patients to light office duties and support for staff.
