An 100 year old organization dedicated to supporting Indian artists through internationally known markets, fashion shows and art events.
What We Do
SWAIA supports and promotes Indian artists through our many events in New Mexico. We host our annual August market with over 800 artist booths, Winter Market and our new market in Albuquerque during the Balloon Fiesta.
We showcase more than a thousand examples of the finest Native-made jewelry, pottery, paintings, sculpture, photography, carvings, textiles, beadwork, and basketry.
