New City Church

We are a christian church here in Albuquerque, but we believe that the church should be part of the good news solution to issues in our city. Our core message is "We are imperfect people, being courageous, believing Jesus has the power to make all things new." We believe in working together, no strings attached for the common good. We want families and our city to flourish. 

You can join us for a weekend gathering online or in-person (capacity is limited, so pre-registering is best!) or join us in doing good in our community. Anyone is welcome - except, no perfect people are allowed!  

We love our ABQ community. We have a desire to be part of the good news solution to the bad news problems in our city and community. We are supporting our community partners as much as possible, even during a pandemic.

We are also participating with APS through our Shine Partnership with Mission Avenue Elementary School. Through Shine we provide teacher support, student enrichment and family development. This looks different as community and school needs change. 

Other community partners in ABQ that we are working alongside are Juntos youth and family services in the Int'l District, Ciudad de Gracia, New Mexico Dream Center and The Harbour - providing care to our most vulnerable, homeless youth as well as victims of human trafficking. 

We encourage our congregation to be good neighbors where they live, and look for ways to be good news to others.
