Start With A Goal

Start With A Goal is a micro nonprofit with macro goals to fill in services gaps in order to better assist our community. We believe that every individual regardless of background socioeconomic status, race, ethnicity, or sexual identuity diserves a second chance, a fresh start, and a helping hand to lay a foundation for success. Our founder Ryan Devin Crawford is a return citizen that after dopping out of school in the 6th grade went directly from the juvenile justice system into the adult system a living testament to the existence of the school to prison pipeline. Mr. Crawford strives to build authentic lasting connections between community agencies and system stakeholders to ensure that no one youth or adult falls through service gaps.

We provide a continuum of services engaging all communities. We provide services to youth, adults, and families working to lay a strong foundation for living a successful happy life. Anyone needing assistance that has system involvement, needs help reintegration into the community, or just simply needs someone to listen and be of support is encouraged to contact us immediately.
