Who We Are
Our hospice team is comprised of registered nurses, social workers, chaplains, home health aides, and volunteers who provide compassionate care to hospice patients in our community. Our goal is to provide comfort to and enhance the quality of life for those in their final days.
What We Do
We provide hospice care wherever “home” is including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and residential homes throughout Albuquerque.
Volunteers provide invaluable support to our hospice patients and their family members. Volunteers provide companionship to our patients and can provide respite for loved ones so that they can take time for the necessary self-care that is involved in caregiving.
