Join us on May 27th, 2026, at North Domingo Baca Multigenerational Center to provide resources with care and compassion that help our community thrive while embracing aging! Visitors are welcome to browse, participate, or lend a helping hand.

Please let us know if you would like to support in any of the following ways:

Event Setup/Wrap up: Ensure that the venue is set up to accommodate the planned activities. This includes arranging seating for breaks, setting up activity stations, and ensuring clear signage to guide participants. After the event concludes, coordinate a cleanup effort to ensure that the venue is left in good condition. Registration: Streamline the check in process where participants can sign in, receive any necessary materials or equipment, and get oriented to the event schedule and layout. Hydration and Refreshments: Prepare water stations throughout the venue. Offer snacks or refreshments to keep participants energized and hydrated. Direct people to designated areas where participants can take breaks, socialize, and recharge between activities. Engagement and Interaction: Volunteers may help distribute schedules, outreach materials and other goodies while fostering a sense of community throughout the event.

Participants are welcome to bring personal devices for demonstration purposes.
