About the Role

Volunteers play a vital role in creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for guests. Our low-barrier model focuses on meeting people where they are by reducing common obstacles to accessing shelter and services, ensuring dignity and accessibility for all.

Volunteer Responsibilities May Include: Assisting with daily shelter operations Supporting meal service and food distribution Organizing and managing donations Engaging with residents through conversation, activities, or outreach Providing general support to staff and partner service providers

Volunteers help meet immediate needs while also supporting guests on their path toward housing, health, and stability.
