Volunteer: 2026 Balloon Fiesta: Balloon Museum Foundation - Guest Check InDuring each session of Balloon Fiesta, the Balloon Museum Foundation hosts fundraising dining events on the upper deck of the Museum for a VIP viewing experience. Guest Check-In requires checking guest tickets upon arrival, issuing tickets and swag, and providing directions to the dining room. Must be comfortable with technology and have a phone to use for the check-in app. This can be a fast-paced position and requires being on your feet for the duration of the shift. This position is the first point of contact for many guests. Customer service experience is helpful.
